Fav Food creator Aussie= is Nagi! Been following her for maybe 6 years. Stoked when you recently collabed with her! OS=Bradley Robinson(Chuds bbq). He’s the whole package, interesting, creative, dog owner(his official taste tester ha ha), a little quirky and just looks like a TOP guy. Also makes multiple styles of bbq(chud box mainly), cooks multiple styles and is a meativore ha ha! Watched him for maybe 12 years. Safe travels to you all! Couple of things, two types of cooking channels, ones that I watch for entertainment and ones that I watch for recipes. recipes that I cook frequently - Alex (before he burnt out), Refika, Casa Papagallo, Not another cooking show, Pasta Grammer, Gennaro, Rick Stein. For amusement, Sam the cooking guy, BBQ pit boys, Joshua Wiessmann, Giorgone, Max Mariola, Auntie Lizzie, etc.
Make colabs on the main channel. This channel is super fun with just the two of you being you and talking. It’s chill and fun. The non scripted feeling is really good

Favorite food content creator that’s not Andy Cooks…. Gosh. Hands down Julia Child but does that count? PBS is publishing her French Chef series on UA-cam…. I love her more than anyone (she’s my idol). For modern day UA-cam creators, I like Joshua Weissman but prefer his older video more. They’re more laid back and casual and teaching me something (also funny). His recipes are usually spot on. That Dude Can Cook is also good but he gets a bit cocky. His recipes and techniques are usually successful for me. Aaron and Claire is great for simple Asian cooking. Some recipes are down right amazing and some are good enough. Haven’t made any bad ones. Andy is amazing. Simple methods, simple techniques with simple ingredients and tools in a casual humble manner. Perfect. I’m not big into curry or beans so I tend to skip those but everything else is great. You have a wonderful personality and I love seeing your mistakes because the food still turns out amazing! Your back of the house channel helps me understand how you guys look so good and eat good food. Yams it shows me real time what you make for a typical meal. Love it. Thank you both.
I remember Sizzler I'd always do the same strat. Pumpkin soup, potato skins, pasta bar then dessert bar... and as much cheesy bread as they would give lol.
Absolutely hilarious episode. Cracked us up. Katelyn...."you need an uber". LOL She was lovin' the wine before the taping even began. You go girl! LOL More episodes with you two together please. LOL A couple of comments/suggestions. LOVE this soup and will be doing it soon as the chilly weather continues here in Melbourne. Canadian here, recently moved here last year. 1. A fab local white wine to go with this? Jack Rabbit from the Bellarine region - Pino Grigio. Light, fresh and won't compete with the stronger flavours of the cheese, bacon and herbs. At $32 bucks a bottle, won't break the bank. Support local!! 2. A fab local red - The Musician Cabernet Shiraz from Majella of the Coonawarra region. A steal at $20/bottle. When I was in Canada, working for one of the top law firms in Canada, this was our major partner's fave wine from Australia. Went for $70 bucks a bottle in most high end eateries there. Yes...makes one laugh on the mark up in the Canadian market, but hey, it's a good Aussie wine. I can see this going very well with this comfort soup. 3. IGA/K-Mart. These are still huge in Canada. I remember growing up in the 80's in British Columbia's far north. IGA was the major supermarket there at the time. IGA still has a huge market share in Canada. K-mart still has a few stores there, but not a big as they were in the 80's/90's. Side note, love the wine glasses. They look like Riedel, but had a looksee online, and can't find them. Brand please? 😉😉
